Processing & Delivery
- Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message within 24-48 hours of placing your order, with an estimated delivery date. This is an estimate only — exact delivery times may vary.
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Tracking
- Each order out of Qatar gets a tracking number, so you’ll always know where your package is.
- Shipping costs depend on your location, delivery method, and weight. To see rates, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Customs & Taxes
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- The Rainboo is not responsible for items lost or delayed by the courier.
- If your order is lost, you’ll need to file a claim with the courier using your tracking number.
- If you choose untracked shipping and your package is lost, we cannot reimburse or replace it.
Shipment Confirmation
You’ll get an email with your tracking code 1-3 business days after your order ships.
Free Qatar Standard Delivery on orders over 500QR
Free Qatar Standard Delivery is available on all orders over 500 QR . Production and delivery will take from 5-10 days from when you place you place your order.
Qatar Standard Delivery on orders under 500 QR
For orders under 500 QR , we will apply a charge of 25 QR for Doha delivery.
Production and delivery will take from 5-10 days from when you place you place
your order.
GCC Shipping
Delivery will take around 10-15 days from the time you place your order.
The Shipping fees up to 1kg are:

Kuwait - 115 QR
Bahrain - 115 QR
UAE - 115 QR
Oman - 115 QR
Please note that any custom charges or taxes will be paid by the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel or change your order shortly after it has been placed, please contact us on Email or Whatsapp.
Please note that if your order is already under process, you will no longer be able to cancel the order and will have to follow our Return Policy.
For personalised items, please contact us as soon as possible on Whatsapp. We will try our best to accommodate any changes.
How can I track my order?
Full tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available from the courier. This will be sent to you via Whatsapp once your item has left our warehouse.
What do I do if I put the wrong address/contact details?
If you need to modify any information or rectify any mistakes in your order, please contact us via Whatsapp as soon as possible, providing the order number and correct details. Our team will do their best to promptly address the situation with our courier. Keep in mind that if the item is already at a depot, you will have to coordinate a re-delivery.
